About Emily Tith
Buying or selling a home is never as simple as putting a sign in the front yard. A well-planned strategy is necessary to make the real estate transaction process successful, both personally and financially.
My job is to be proactive in planning that process and, as information is critical to good decisions, I will make sure you are well informed through every step. I believe that each experience is different and I want to make yours the most positive and rewarding possible.
I have earned the OAR President’s Club Award Excellence (Top 2% of all Ohio Realtors), the DABR Sales Leader Club Award, and Irongate Inc.’s Peak Producer Sales Award. I have been fortunate to have my success with clients noticed by these organizations on more than one occasion. Like many agents in the area, I am a member of the Dayton Board of Realtors (DABR), Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
